Our mission

A Priest of Ifa has always been an important figure in the community. He uses the wisdom and knowledge of Ifa to help others in need. But also because of his contribution to society. Traditionally, after a ritual, many of the offerings coming from the client like the animals, after offered to the Orisas, are used to help and feed the neighborhood. In this cycle, The work of Ifa is not only beneficial to the worshiper in need, but also, through him, many people also. 

In order to maintain this wonderful manner of giving to others through the work of Ifa in The United States, Awon Omo Yoruba has altered this tradition a little. Adapting to the style of our society.  

Once one of our services is charged, an appropriate payment will be made to the officiating priest or priests. After this, all money is used in Non-Profit activities to help our community. Our main focus is helping our children, and people without access to basic needs.
